body fat. Sunflower helps store vitamins in our bodies
such as vitamins A, E, and D. Moreover, it reduces
cholesterol, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular
disease. Sunflower oil contains vitamin E and
tocopherols, which are effectively retained in the
