Mr. Amr Heba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from Sadat Academy and postgraduate studies in financial restructuring and privatization from Arthur D. Little Institute in the United States. He has over 33 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in the Middle East, with extensive expertise in strategy development, institutional transformation, and profit and loss management.

He has held several prominent leadership positions, including CEO of Rabea Tea, where he established the company’s second factory in Egypt, and Regional General Manager of Americana Group, successfully turning its bakery operations profitable. He also held leadership roles at Coca-Cola and Pepsi, achieving significant sales growth and market share, and received PepsiCo’s Global Award in 2009.

He began his career at Banque Misr Iran Development, then progressed through Coca-Cola to become Deputy General Manager of Coca-Cola Saudi Arabia. Mr. Heba currently serves on the boards and partnerships of several prominent companies. He is recognized for his flexible strategic leadership and strong ability to develop and adapt across diverse corporate environments.
